Please read through these terms and conditions "Our Joint Agreement" as they govern the provision of services provided by Venn's Creative Studio "The Designer" to you "The Client".

Services We Provide:

Venn's Creative Studio offers graphic design services including but not limited to:​

• Brand Identity Packages

• Logos ( Provided in .EPS, .JPEG, .PNG, .SVG. ) and other motion ready files as requested )

• Resume Templates | Cover letter Templates

• Photography | Portraits | Venue Captures

• Stationery | Birthday Cards | Invitations | Wedding Invitations | Business Cards |

• Posters | Flyers | Postcards

• Brochures

• Websites ( High fidelity version on FIGMA & development through WIX Studio currently )

• Motion Graphics | Videos | Credits

• Interactive Media | Logo Animation

• User Experience Design ( UX )

• User Interface Design ( UI )

• Custom Digital Drawings | Paintings​

Quotes and Payment:

Venn's Creative Studio provides free quotes to clients upon request. Payment for services rendered must be made via cash or interact e-transfer upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both client and our designer. Payment options may be chosen at a per hour rate, or a flat rate for the requested design our clients are interested in.​

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Upon receipt of full payment, Client shall own the final deliverables designed by Venn's Creative Studio for the Client’s project. Until full payment is received, Venn's Creative Studio retains ownership of all artwork concepts and drafts.​

Promotional Usage:

Venn's Creative Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed projects in Vennessa Fudge's portfolio, as well as Venn's Creative Studio's social media accounts and website for our promotional purposes. This includes displaying Client’s project as an example of Venn's Creative Studio’s work to future prospective clients and Employers.​

Client Responsibilities:

Client agrees to provide necessary information, materials, and feedback required by Venn's Creative Studio to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by Client may result in project timeline extensions, or if an unreasonable amount of time has passed, termination of the project.​

Revisions:

Client understands that revisions are included as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes requested by Client outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional fees.​

Confidentiality:

Venn's Creative Studio acknowledges that any information provided by Client that is not public knowledge shall be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.​

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Client is responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.​

Limitation of Liability:

Venn's Creative Studio’s liability to Client is limited to the amount of fees paid by Client to Venn's Creative Studio. Venn's Creative Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages that could incur outside like destructions of signs, banners, computer complications, etc.​

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.​

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Venn's Creative Studio ( Vennessa Fudge ) and Client ( You ) with respect to the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.​

Amendments:

Venn's Creative Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Venn's Creative Studio’s services after any such changes shall constitute Client’s consent to such changes.​

By engaging in Venn's Creative Studio’s services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please continue to check here periodically as these terms and conditions may be updated by our company at any time.
